Angel

calling from the bush
to a stuttering Moses
"H-h-h-ere I a-am," he said

and the voice replied:
"I have a mission for ya,
hope you like manna."

Featherless Angels

How did you become featherless
Angels are always blessed and do bless
Standing too close to the fire
Devil got me in a crossfire
Make sure you always tell God yes

Hilarious

I've sat down to write my poem,
But my pen ran out of ink.

So I used my pencil instead,
But I broke the lead.

So I write with crayons,
To try and rhyme...
But I'm really,
Running out of time.

So I lean on in to focus,
And I hear cracking from my chair...
With crayon and notepad,
I go flying in the air.

So I'm on the floor as I write,
But it's too dark, I need more light!

and to her ex did shout

you lost your custody battle.

Hark--An Angel--The Harbinger of All Things Good

What flies though the air up above
Disguised as a peace seeking dove
For those who've not heard
Drones can send you the bird
From the land of brotherly love

Author's note: Is this really how to win friends and influence people (for the long term)?

Lady Femme Fatale

I left, and crept to my room
And slept
I Wept
And Kept you in the haven of my soul like a pet.
Femme fatale
I will tell your tale
Till you sell me your soul.
You are so beautiful
So wicked
So charming.

Fickle you!
I adore your momentarily sweetness
And each and every slap on my numb cheek.

I know, deep down the unseen crevice of your heart,
Your love for me is powerful than Viagra
You are a beautiful nightmare,
So wicked
So charming
That everyone wants to see in their dreams.

- Nuns Having Fun -

Accept, the chastity and understanding of the spirit
A life in strict celibacy, ignore their sexual feelings
Frivolity, a path that leads straight to hell
Has God given them everything for nothing?
Disobedient nuns at the bar ... Irish Whiskey, thanks

Angel Versus Devil

The angel said, "Show her how you care!"
But the devil produced a lewd stare
In just a while
She gave a smile
A happy her pappy didn't share!

Angel Singing

Is it an angel that I hear singing?
Or is it tinnitus in my ears ringing?
The voice is so high
Its making me cry
It’s my underwear, it's tight and wringing

Limerick: Once Our Senorita From Sevilla - 9

Limerick : Once our Senorita from Sevilla – 9

Once our Senorita from Sevilla
Lied about going to Colombia
Rivals said : You know why !
Others : Her life’s a lie !
Our Saint confessed lie in Iglésia !

Goats

Goats...

They are funny creatures, little goats.
They make you laugh,
when the world
is not funny.
They know how to have fun,
in the sun...
of every
day.

We should learn more from animals.
They are better at living their lives,
then we are.
They know that the world
is full of miracles,
and have no reason
to fear the day.

We should take time to jump around,
and dance, and prance,
like reindeer in the snow,
or raccoons on the go.
Each wild thing,
closer to the maker,
and the earth-shaker,
than any other animal...
on two feet.

Sonnet 36 'Ne'Er Was There Wife, Nor Love, More Pure Than Thou'

Ne'er was there wife, nor love, more Pure than Thou,
Spontaneously funny, innocent,
Heartfelt, who had no harm, nor malice -- how
Delightful, every hour with you I spent!
In earnest, clean, your thoughts and motives were,
Imperfect, and impatient, willful, strong!
As lovely, purple lilies in wind stir,
But not as lovely, the impatient gong
That called you to Ascend the Crystal Stair.
Ne'er were there eyes as clear, dark, twinkling, 'mused
Nor hair as thick, soft, full as flax - despair
Encloses me like dark about me fused,
When I remember you have upward gone,
Yet all these gifts burst in my heart, like song!

Angels' Tears Make Miracles

Was it is our responsibility?
To be guardians of mankind.
Monsters of sin, lies and distrust
The first time I wept upon LORD's first born son.

A martyr to serve in search of salvation,
faces attraction of faith and battle temptation.

If sacrificing oneself leads to a paradise,
Rewards are worth the roll of dice.

The Saviors screams were heard loudly by spectators barring witness
Still faintly ears heard them off in the distance

I've been an angel since the beginning of time,
when sins committed were sincerely forgiven.

Now I weep for all that no longer need my guidance,
Perhaps I'll diminish during the advancement of science.

Willow

Here lies my old pal Michael,
His spirit set free by wind,
because the storm which kicked his bucket,
trapped the poor old git within,
A Scotsman by his name,
and a carpenter by trade,
should of built yourself s door mate,
to stop the barn which caved you in.

I love you Bic.

Christmas Angels

The heavenly angels of long ago
all sang very beautifully, you know.
On that first Christmas night,
they sang while in flight.
Shepherds said it was a heck of a show.

Those heavenly angels of long ago
all emitted an ethereal glow.
In the Christmas story,
they sang to God's glory;
the weather was said to be chilly though!

Ooops, Six Spooks In a Coup, De Grace

Embolden they, marching hand in hand a unison
Determined to bring down his child; Nero, Pharaoh and her
Sparrow trailed closely by their three little pigs ? Baby playing amid love's
Innocent crib unaware these, daemonicia noses pressed unto destiny's forte glass ?
Licking time's panes premogenitor's werewolves her full moon: crimson, begins it's howl
Hunch'back hallways imploding doors splintered eyes the battle cry ~ Charge....
                                                                                         ....Bobby, juggling his infant giggling.

Toothless Angel, Mary Grace

Mystifying, magical melody
      your first laughter is to me;
As blissful and as joyful as bliss
      and joy can ever be;
Really you're much too young
      to even smile, my dear;
Your lilting giggles, such
      soothing music to my ear.

Gleefully you pinch my nose,
      grab my hair, you little rose;
Readily you enchant me with
      that toothless angel's smile;
And you bounce mirthfully
     up and down my tummy;
Clapping small hands, innocent
     eyes that let me see;
Eyes that mirror love for life,
for you from mom and me.

Break

Break

Daybreak
Summer break,
Winter break...
Fall.

Heartache
Mistake
Awake
Don't be fake...
Life is at stake.

Make a difference,

for goodness sake.

My Other Half Infact a Better Half

my other half- infact a better half
my other half, a better half,
both poles apart as habits do,
I a poor eater, he the great,
a firm believe in the words of the wise,
breakfast like a king,
lunch like a prince,
and dinner like a pauper.
and me believes in just one thing
eat to survive
still the day am unwell, he adjust to a mere oat bowl.
well isn't this love, want to tell
the list goes,so on and so forth.

My Love Is Like An Angel

My love is like an angel.
Her eyes are bright and blue.
Her hanging locks are golden,
but is her heart so too?

When shall my arms next clutch her?
At the rising of the sun?
Or when the full moon glimmers
ere the course of day has run?

To this I have no answer,
and now is darkest night.
The star of eve and morning
eludes my powers of sight.

Behold! There looms a rose-bush,
which is budding in the gloom.
May yet that knave named Jack Frost
snatch summer's scarlet bloom?

My love is like an angel,
but one who rarely sings.
She finds new perches easily
thanks to her fluffy wings

The Afterlife

There are several sides to this story?
Choose which one suits you
I was once with the living and breathing
Now, I’ve moved out of view

I thought my passing was final
My time as a mortal, ran out
I followed the light to eternity
Where my existence is now quite devout

Once a worldly joker
The afterlife offers me more
I amuse myself with skulduggery
And cause havoc wherever I explore

Life has many dimensions
Take it from me…… there are more than two!
That’s why my mischief and trickery
Will include the odd visit too you!!
