Jill The Dentist

There was once a dentist named Jill

Who thought she was good with a drill

      And found doing a filling

      Really quite thrilling;

If only her patients stayed still.

Jack and Jill

An old gal known to us all as Jill
Who lived in an old house on a hill
Going out for a stroll
Ended up in a roll
With jack at the bottom of the still

Jack and Jill

Once there was a handsome guy called Jack,
wedded a beauty named Jill, dressed in sack.
they went up the hill
to have a night of hell.
Bloody this Jack and Jill song rhymes fake!

The True Tale of Jack and Jill

Jack and Jill scrambled up the hill so sheer,

To fetch his dipsomaniac pa a pail of beer.

Alas, Jack stumbled creating a frothy spill.

Facing his furious pop, he blamed it all on Jill!

My Poem Jack's Painting and Jill

JACK PAINTED A PICTURE
OF A PURPLE WATERING PAIL
ON A PLAIN PAINTER’S PANEL
AND PLACED IT ON TOP OF A HILL

AND PUT MY POEM OF A PLANT DEEP INTO IT
I CALLED IT A COLLAGE CORSAGE
OR WAS IT A MIRAGE MONTAGE

NO MATTER
JILL WATERED THE WORK ON THE HILL
AND IT GREW UP OFF THE PANEL LIKE A PAPER BEAN STALK
INTO A LOVE SONNET TO JILL

I CALLED IT A COLLABORATION
I CALLED IT MIXED MEDIA
I CALLED IT HIGH ART

THE FAME WENT TO THEIR HEADS
JACK TOOK THE FALL HARD
AND JILL JUST TUMBLED DOWN
SLOWLY AFTER HIM AND WROTE A BOOK

Jack and Jill Went To a Dance

Jack and Jill Went to A Dance

Jack and Jill went out to a western dance
Though Jill did think she would prance and prance
what did happen next
Jill did get perplexed
Jack danced on her toes, threw fer-de-lance.

Note: A fer-de-lance is a type of a snake

Portrait of Jill

Written on October 3, 2010

There once was a lady named Jill
Who laughed and laughed until
She rolled on the floor
Could laugh no more
And soon became very still...

Until a laugh bigger than ever
Arose and lasted forever.
Jill's laugh is never quite done
Because her thoughts are fun
And her smiling mind - very clever.

Gail's note: Inspired by my friend Jill

Jack and Jill Went Over the Hill

Jack and Jill went over the hill
'cause the top was very small
They bounced and rolled right down the hill
like a great big rubber ball

They bounced with the pail of water
that they gathered at the top
Bruised and wet they kept on falling
while praying that they would stop

They finally stopped and came to rest
at the bottom of the hill
Then ran for home to change their clothes
before they caught a chill

There's a moral to this story
getting water is no fun
when you take another to the top
That was made to fit just one

And Jill Came Tumbling Down

Then there was this big girl called Jill
Who yearned to be seduced by big Bill
She laid herself on the ground
And to her horror she found
She’d made a huge mountain out of the molehill

Jack and Jill

Jack and Jill recovered after their spill,
weaning themselves off of all the pain pills,
both out of work,
hired at Jumpjerks,
becoming first nursery rhyme stunt people.

JACK and JILL

                   Jill wearing dress of polyester
She is Jack’s nice lovely younger sister.
                            Witty whimsy critic.
                           Just talking sarcastic.
Looks most funny in puppy-like gesture.

Jill Gets Around

Little Jill loves boating
while big Will water-skies
She holds her water till they dock,
while in the lake Will pees.

Jill goes out sometimes with Phil.
She has a little snack,
but all the crap on Phil’s big plate
could cause a heart attack.

Jill met a guy whose name is Gill.
He thinks that he’s so cool.
But by the way he acts, we know
he never got through grade school.

Jill has her eye on a new guy.
They call him Silly Billy.
Although he’s buff, Jill has been told
he’s got a tiny willy.

Jill has kissed a girl named Milly.
She'll still date a guy,
but she liked that kiss so much,
maybe Jill’s gone Bi.

Refurbished Nursery Rhymes: Jack and Jill, a Moonshine Lullaby

Where Hillbilly Jack
Sent his pregnant wife, Jill,
Was not for a pail of well water.
She tramped up that hill
For some swill from a still,
But returned with a new baby daughter.

Jack wasn't amused
When Jill told him the news,
And he yelled, "Whar'n tarnation's mah likker?"
So she crowned him and drowned him
Where they still haven't found him.
Hillbilly divorces are cheaper and quicker.

Jack and Jill

Jack and Jill went up the hill
Not on a whim but petty frill
Jack led Jill to a corroded still
Jill thought the vat was an abandoned grill
Jack promised Jill a fresh thrill
Jack cooked up a brew to blanch her chill
Jack took a sip but Jill had her fill
Jack pledging fealty on one knee did kneel
Jill fearing that Jack was ill
Threw him prone on a nearby anthill
When the stings reached his hardened quill
Jack jumped up and let out a squeal
Jill dazed from her purse pulled a Viagra pill
Through Jack's clamped lips it's contents did drill
Now horny and burning, Jack rode Jill bareback down the hill

Jill Was Her Name

And she was a friend of mine
Well maybe if we had had the time

Long blonde hair and not a care
So Birmingham was where
I saw and fell in love with Jill's long hair

Love you Blondie

Mine was longer though
