Misty Kitten

My name is Misty Kitten,
I like to chase my tail,
I've never caught it yet,
Each time I seem to fail.

I like to jump and pounce
And to box with my paw,
Then chase a ball of wool
Across a slippery floor.

I like to chase butterflies,
To go in hollow logs,
I like to climb trees
Then hiss at puppy dogs.

But most of all I think I like
To lay down with my mum,
To drink lots of milk,
Then stretch out in the sun.

Kitten Named Sue

There once was a kitten named Sue.
She found one mitten, or two.
She chewed all day long.
'Till all of it was gone.
Now she has nothing to do.

Kitten Hater

KITTEN HATER

To help address the mouse problem
With which the world is smitten
(God knows, we have enough of them)
My cat has just produced another kitten.
The indiscipline of kittens is not welcome -
They won’t soon catch a mouse,
The curtain climbing, table walking, and then some -
They just don’t care about the rules of the house.
And it’s like catching a pin cushion.
When they jump on me from the stairs in the hall.
It’s then I sometimes get a notion :
I wonder if mice are really so bad after all?

Funny Kitten

There was this funny kitten
you see he had six toes.
I named that kitten purrbox
and I took the purrbox home.
And they say his toes are magic
can bring you silver and gold,
but he's already cost me 90 bucks
and he's only 9 weeks old.

Kitty Or Kitten

Kitty of Kitten

If you were only a little kitten
Would poems about you be written
Like gave him all the love that she could,
So he would end up being good.

Love is best when will be everlasting;
According to what friends are forecasting
We should treat each other with much care
And a little love here and much more there.

If you happen to be a poor pitiful kitty
Who on often people will try to take pity,
A new movement should be started and led
All about love and how it should be spread.

After we will work out each kink, what do you think,
Missed find missing link, because both eyes did blink.

The Cunning Kitten

Oh joy of joys!
She bought us some toys-
Whenever I am bad
She yells and gets mad...

For a minute or two-
Until I show her a view
Of the crushed little kitten
with big, sad eyes
Then she hugs me, all smitten.

Every time I am deceitful
and cunning;
Silly human- I own you
It's all just an act-
But one thing is a fact
I know what I'm gettin'
More toys for me to whack!
