Pigeon Pie
Two chubby pigeons sitting on a wall
One called Peter one called Paul
Reach for the rifle before they fly
Two juicy birds baked in a pie

Pigeon
There’s a pigeon on the rooftop
And he’s driving me insane
For his constant pigeon noises
Seem to permeate my brain
From his perch upon the chimney
He’s coo cooing to his mate
It just thunders through the building
And it comes out in the grate
The noise is quite incessant
And no matter where I sit
I still hear this damned bird calling
It annoys me, quite a bit
How I wish he’d find another house
To broadcast to his lover
Why does he have to use my roof
Why can’t he find another

Pigeon Deterrence
The moralists, twenty and two,
Know not what is like to ensue,
When, grasping but smidgeons,
They act as if pigeons;
They’ll probably hate me when through.

Pigeon
A pigeon (with
baking powder all over her on the
backyard deck chair next to
the pot of
begonias once told me, ‘To
provoke public opinion against or
for anything all you have to do is
press your elbows together.’ A
dumbfounded Oh was
my reaction.
