Cookies-Food For Thought

Cookies -
Why can’t I have the chocolate one
I want more
She took my cookie
Hers is bigger than mine
I want to trade
That’s not fair

Cookies +
Thank you for the cookie
I love you
Thanks for all you do for me
I am satisfied
This is good
I am loved

I Love You

Often, I have uttered these words to myself
Your feminity has entranced my manhood
My vision is focused on your subject matter
A quick study of a woman's psychology
I feel you with my mind, and touch you with my eyes
Senses are heightened in your very presence
Soon, I will utter the ultimate words of encouragement
Constant admiration for your hidden strengths
Instant chemistry between us has changed our biology
Soon, I will hold you tight and recite the following;
Baby, I love you

Spinach Doesn'T Give Super Strength

I believed those cartoons when Popeye whooped Bluto.
If you're wondering if it was real, the answer is hell no.
When I watched those cartoons, I was dumb because I believed them fully.
I decided to eat a can of spinach and then face the neighborhood bully.
I believed the spinach would give me super strength, I had no doubt.
But that bully nearly broke my neck, he turned me inside out.
I was shocked and horrified when I didn't win.
I was humiliated, I'll never watch Popeye again.
Spinach is healthy, that is one hundred percent true.
But if you eat it and then face a bully, he will kill you.

Man Named Morse

There once was a man named Morse
Who was really as strong as a horse
But when he feared a little mouse
Running madly around the house
His wife quickly filed for a divorce

The Busted Hitch Hiker

I never thought I’d be the one
To injure, re-injure, and re-injure my own thumb

First time crushed between horse and steel fence
Second time bitten by a cat in defense
Third time sadly was self inflicted
 An accident of course…
None the less thumb thinks vindictive

This time though it’s nice to know
 That I am self dependant…

I licked my wound and stitched myself
Saving the cost of the Corporate Medical Boss

A little self- med and off to bed…
I wonder when poor thumb will fall off?!

Ageless

One has a body that defines age
It's there performing until turning
the last page

However it's subject just as are all
life forms
To times' ravages which then become
the norms

The body is the container for its driving
machine
It's the mind of course what else would
that mean

The mirror reveals a time-aged exterior
But a working mind is proof of an ageless
 interior

Questions For You

One day I'll be gone
I guess I'm not wrong.
I have few questions for you
Answer them when you have time
But without a single crime this time.
Would you cry?
Would you even try?
Would you ever ask yourself why?
Would you say its such a waste?
Would you wonder at the haste?

Let Your Heart Speak

Let your heart speak
Poets are the eyes
Of the world

A poet hearts
Is too large
Some times heavy
Some times light

Poetry is an act
Of humanity
For those who are
Of love

Poetry is my song
Poetry is my life
Poetry is my soul
Poetry is my spirit

I love the gift of nature
When the pen
Pens what the heart bleeds

So on poetry oh poets
Let your heart speak

Go Ahead

Go ahead.

Cast my heart out to the sea,
and watch it crumble quietly,
break my spirit, make it rain,
you'll see what happens,
see no pain.

Take your shot and do your best,
then watch me laugh
at all your mess,
try to hurt me,
it won't work,
so go ahead,
and do your worst.

Full Strength

“Seriously,” the comedienne rasps: “can we talk about coffee?!”
The palms of my feet grind the beans in my sleep.
My bathrobe ties dangle, my hair’s unbrushed.
Can of spinach don’t do much, but caffeine aroma lifts me up.

The tilt wand opens my eyes, i can barely see through the slats
Sweet savory cream kisses my Olive Oil lips, Popeye laughs,
“A-gah-gah-gah-gah-gah!”
After two gallons, the pull cord opens the theatrical blinds, full strength.

The Dazzling Illusion

A CHILDISH GIGGLE,
WOLF CRY ROUSED.
THE TIRED WOMAN ON BED.
THE GIGGLE CAME AGAIN IN
DIRECTION OF BATHROOM,
WHO KEEPS A ROOM FULL OF TOYS?
DAZZLER, SO THEY CALL LIKE MORNING DEW
THIS SOON MELTS.
DAZZLERS, GLITTERING LIKE GOLD BUT NOT GOLD.
DAZZLER, WHAT DAZZLES
THE INCURABLE PAIN OF UNCERTAIN DAYS.
THE EMPTY PROMISES WITH THE DAZZLING ILLUSION.
THE STRONG WILL TO LIVE,
BY THE GIFT OF LOVE,
IS THE STRENGTH OF ONES?
YES, THE STRENGTH IS LOVE,
LET WADE THIS POOL OF PAIN
TOGETHER IN LOVE IS WHAT DAZZLES.

Super Roo

There once was an athletic kangaroo
Who came down with a bad case of the flu --
   He sneezed really loud
   Jumped over a cloud --
Landed with a red cape and an achoo

I Alphabet Not

Mystically murky memories

Antagonize anyone and anything

Despite delving deep down

Each embellishment encompasses eternal envy

You yearn, yet…

Only one option opens

Understand, undertakings undo unambiguously

Live, laugh, love, let lie

Opt out of obligation

Offer open objections ostensibly

Knowledge kindles kindness

The Power of the Divine

The drowsy power comes creeping,
Stepping into a disadvantageous fight,
The enigma bites at the tongue,
Every thought is a tearful revelation,
The power of the divine...(snoring).

Life

Life
Deeper I go
In deepness of life

Cos light is
Stronger than
Darkness

I keep fighting
Cos the rules
Of nature are
The ugliness human
Exchange to a merit in life

Now was us free
Has a price

Especially in man
Made civilization

So instead to be
Just a victim

I chose to go
Deep in the
Deepness of
Life
